FIELD DEMON

These Terms cover your use of Field Demon, an app operated by Peak Fitness & Sports Training, LLC ("we," "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Who can join

You must be at least 15 years old to use Field Demon. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you confirm a parent or guardian has agreed to these Terms.

2. Zero tolerance for abuse

Field Demon is a community. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You agree not to post anything that:

• harasses, bullies, threatens or intimidates anyone;
• is hateful toward anyone based on race, ethnicity, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or other protected characteristic;
• is sexually explicit, or sexualizes anyone under 18;
• promotes violence, self-harm or illegal activity;
• is spam, a scam, or impersonates someone else;
• you don't have the right to share.

We filter language automatically, and anyone can report content or block other members. Reported content is reviewed, normally within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these rules and suspend or remove the accounts responsible.

3. Challenges and scores

Post only results you actually achieved, to the standard described. Coaches may remove scores from leaderboards ("scrub" them) or remove entries that don't meet the standard.

4. Your content

You own what you post. By posting it, you give Field Demon permission to host, display and distribute it inside the app so the community can see it. You can delete your posts, and deleting your account deletes them.

5. Training at your own risk

Challenges involve physical exercise. Train within your limits and consult a medical professional if you have any condition that exercise could affect. Field Demon isn't liable for injuries from participating.

6. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Profile in the app. We may suspend or end accounts that break these Terms.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. If the changes are significant we'll let you know in the app.
