Common questions
I forgot my password. On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and we'll email you a 6-digit code.
My video won't attach. Keep Field Demon open until the video shows up on the Enter screen. Your phone shrinks it first, and that stops if you leave the app. Trimming a long clip first helps.
Someone posted something that breaks the rules. Report it: use Report this entry on an entry, the flag next to a comment, or press and hold a chat message. You can also block the person. Reports are reviewed, normally within 24 hours.
Which division am I in? Divisions are age ranges (15–19, 20–29, 30–39, 40+) based on your birth date on the challenge's start date. Your profile shows yours.
